A bunch of poorly expressed half ideas that sounded like a hippi the cliff notes to a Covey book and spewed them back up after having an "experience." Plus I am pretty well convinced from the text that the author is a raging H0m0$exu@|, not that this in itself is a bad thing. It was just so screaming it throughout without actually saying it, that it made the drivel even worse. This does not talk about finding a job at all if you are looking.
