Creating Lively Passover Seders, 2nd Edition: A Sourcebook of Engaging Tales, Texts and Activities

Rate this book
For many people, the act of simply reading the Haggadah no longer fulfills the Passover Seder's to help you feel as if you personally had gone out of Egypt. Too often, the ritual meal has become predictable, boring, and uninspiring. This innovative, interactive guide will help encourage fresh perspectives and lively dialogue. As an intriguing Haggadah companion, it offers thematic discussion topics, text study ideas, activities, and readings that come alive in the traditional group setting of the Passover Seder. This new edition features new chapters that explore creative ways to use the Seder plate, the meaning behind the most beloved Seder songs, the presence of Moses (!) in the Haggadah and the human role in redemption, plus much more.
