Knjiga koja nudi jako puno alata i strategija za rad sa unutarnjim djetetom. Dajem najvišu ocjenu jer mislim da je sveobuhvatna, jako razumljiva, integrira više različitih koncepata iz područja psihologije/psihoterapije i odlično objašnjava razne obrambene mehanizme. Vježbe su vrlo praktične, primjenjive i korisne!
