God has called you to ministry...now what? Understand your calling with What the Bible Says to the Minister. From the makers of The Preacher's Outline & Sermon Bible comes a new edition of What the Bible Says to the Minister. This beloved book is a practical manual of scriptural values and ethics for every pastor and minister.
Let me just say this first, very carefully: So far, I have seen only KJV verses in this KJV version. So, if by chance I somehow missed an erroneous verse, please don't let me know. Please don't crush my joy.
MY REVIEW: I originally purchased this book due to the apostasy taking place in the denomination. This book is very detailed and includes KJV verses to back up the "responsibility". I highly recommend this book to everyone who is desperate to protect their souls. It is sad in this day and age when you have to purchase such books in order to protect yourself from a Pastor who gets great joy out of scattering sheep. I am glad I purchased it, but I am a little disappointed. Not in the book. I am a little disappointed because I wanted to give the spiritual leadership the benefit of the doubt that I was viewing their behavior wrongly. After reading this book, I have no doubt I am correct about the apostasy and it breaks my heart. But, if they ignored the KJV Holy Bible, then why would they even obey this book?

I borrowed a copy of this book from a minister at my church. I want my own copy because this is certainly a great reference to refer to, in addition to being a resource to be solid in the faith. It really emphasizes the need for sound doctrine and sound messaging. Very thorough.
“You must forget the past and press on for the prize.” - Leadership Ministries Worldwide, What the Bible Says to the Minister
In a very detailed scriptural guide of the responsibilities of a minister of the Gospel, they spared no opportunity to reiterate the importance of preaching the Gospel, pure and undefiled.
Overall, this was great. It wasn't that I didn't know most of this information, but a reminder can be helpful now and again. Since it was written by a team of ministers, it was hard to pin down areas of disagreement I had with the text. There were only a few. I'm not sure if I'll ever revisit this book, but it was worthwhile.
