My take: I started out liking the book, but as it went on, I just didn’t get the story line any longer. I know what was intended, it just fell short for me. I read this one to my daughter at bedtime and she liked it. I thought the pictures were very colorful and were done well.

*I received this book free from JKSCommunications – and in no way did this influence the review given.

This was a Goodreads gift, thank you.

This book is beautifully illustrated by Fiammetta Dogi. Printed on good stock paper and wonderful colours. Thank you.

Story line by L. Jacobson is about animals who come together to find the light after an eclipse of the sun.

The animals travel to places that scare them, however they do not give up, they stick together until they find the light. I know my granddaughter will love the pictures in this book. Nice gift. Thank you.

Wonderful, short book that enables parents to teach children the value of "living in the present moment".
