I read and contemplated this book during my recent photo tour of Yosemite. There is beautiful descriptive text by Tim Palmer, but what I really concentrated on were the gorgeous photos of William Neill.

70 photos present stunning images of the beauty of Yosemite. The detailed photographic notes helped me find some of the locations for our photo shoots.

The text warns of overcrowding and overuse, and effects of outside pollution encroaching on the park.
It would certainly be a shame to lose any of the Yosemite beauty shown in Neill's splendid photos!
