Due to being a compilation of many authors there is a wide variety of quality and usefulness to the chapters. I would rate several as "5's" and others as "1's". Overall, I benefitted from reading it.

Basically a collection of articles roughly organized by topic. Some were great some not so much. I'd give it 3.5 if I could, but it isn't a 4.
