Lots of great knowledge. I learned quite a few things and found myself enjoying most chapters. The language is archaic as it was written before I was even born. He even refers to the trout as male. Still, I'd recommend this book to anyone interested in fly fishing.

A must read for anyone interested in fly fishing and is still a great read even if you are experienced. Though published back in 1986, very little is outdated.
