I did not find the information in this book to be accurate or researched. For the most part it sounded like the author's unstudied opinion flavored with public misinformation on the subject of ADHD. Be careful not to read only one book on this subject. There is a ton of valid and helpful information on the market.

I know this book is only getting two stars and I'm not sure why but I have a couple of ideas. It's very poorly written/edited and for that it DESERVES two stars. But the information it contains (I know from my anatomy/physiology nursing school days) is accurate and valuable! It might be getting two stars for the poor editing or for the fact that readers are afraid to implement such a drastic diet/lifestyle change. It is a daunting task, but I think I need to make the choice for my distracted son & for our families health in general. Intimidating, but worth the effort I hope.

2.5 star rating.

I felt the writing was stilted and awkward, with many sentences that seemed quite random and out of place.

The author gave me several pieces of information to research... and several new ideas that I've not come across before. And the protocol doesn't seem too difficult to try - and its quite conservative...
