The Complete Handbook of Quantum Healing: An A-Z Self-Healing Guide for Over 100 Common Ailments

Rate this book
This book brings together two seemingly disparate worlds--the world of hard, evidence-based science and the world of experientially-based healing to provide a multi-pronged approach to self-healing ailments. The A-to-Z format makes reference easy.
For each of over 100 heath issues, you'll find seven healing options that can help readers activate their inner healing resources ranging from food and dietary strategies to powerful meditation techniques and from time-tested flower essences to ways of invoking "power animals." For some ailments, readers may need just one option, for others, two or three, and sometimes all seven approaches as they try to deal with difficult problems to achieve long-term relief.

Deanna Minich’s “The Complete Handbook of Quantum Healing: An A–Z Self-Healing Guide for Over 100 Common Ailments” is one of those rare books that bridges the mystical and the practical in such a grounded, affirming way. From the very beginning, I felt deeply seen, especially through the connection she draws between energy, healing, the body, and the chakra system. It was like finding validation for things I’ve intuitively known and experienced in my own healing journey, now supported by her clear, holistic framework.

The structure makes it easy to explore both energetically and physically what might be happening within the body, and I appreciated how comprehensive, yet approachable it felt. It’s the kind of book you can keep on your shelf and return to again and again, whether you’re checking something specific or just needing a moment of gentle insight and alignment. In fact, I’ll be adding to my “want to buy” list for sure!

My only wish is that it included a few more conditions- particularly things like Hashimoto’s Syndrome, EBV, POTS, and MCAS, which I personally navigate and would love to see through this integrative lens. I understand that no single guide can be fully exhaustive, but it left me hoping for an expanded edition in the future. I was happy to find a section on Hypothyroidism and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome though, and the information mentioned aligns so well with my experience in having both of those.

Overall, this book is a beautiful companion for anyone walking a path of self-healing, energy awareness, and embodied understanding. I’ll definitely be returning to it often for reflection, guidance, and connection.

Recommended for anyone exploring holistic healing, energy medicine, and the mind-body-spirit connection, especially those who want a bridge between science, spirituality, and intuitive self-care. I highly recommend this one! These open-minded approaches have helped me more than traditional medicine and care has in my personal experience of chronic illness, dynamic disabilities, and other health issues.

Pretty good... I like her body, mind, and spirit approach to healing, treating all levels of dis-ease. My biggest like is that she gives chakras to work on with each specific malady, so you can work on the subtle body as well as the physical one.
