This book was very clear and easy to understand. The workouts were excellent and it included a lot of helpful tips (i.e. different positions for holding your wrists and hands during pushups, coordination, breathing techniques). It also wasn't a really bland book to read. I'm glad I bought it. I really enjoy circuit training so I was thrilled with this book.

This book includes workout schedules and boxing routines sure to whip anyone into shape. Designed with women boxers in mind, it focuses mainly on routines and repetition for those who wish to use boxing as a complete workout. These are some seriously intense workouts. Those who enjoy circuit training and regiment will enjoy this book.

I LOVE this book!
Everything is SO thorough! The diagrams are excellent, in both the instructions and the program. It's easy to follow - I have and still do use the programs provided in addition to other training. It was nice to finally find boxing information directed to females. It has everything in, even what fight songs to listen too..haha..

Highly recommend it to any females new to boxing, and/or want a program to follow.

I really liked the workouts in the book, and their approach to fitness. But alas, it wasn't meant for me. I struggle working from a book apparently. But I definitely think I'll be incorporating parts of this book into my other workout programs! I've switch to MMA/Kickboxing style workouts, but if you are interested in boxing, this is definitely a great resource to start from!

This book is good for strengthening and core workouts. There are a lot of exercises included and they are all illustrated (though they could use more pictures).
