The Bakken oil fields are being threatened by a terrorist attack that’s being transmitted from the Canadian side of the border. The Canadian government is being uncooperative in eliminating the threat. So the Sea Demons are brought in to conduct a clandestine operation to eliminate the threat using extreme prejudice. But once they conduct the operation they find out all isn't what it seems to be.
