Has an interesting look at different ways of breathing. It will even teach you how to do some of them. If you are looking for a different perspective, then I highly recommend reading this book.

I don’t believe some of the facts in this book like VO2 max increasing by breathing through your nose. Every elite athlete breathes through their mouth during races/high intensity training. Some of it does seem real and is interesting to see residual effects.
