This was different than I expected. Really thoughtful lessons. I think it is something that every woman would want to read more than once.

I was very impressed with this book. Unlike any other fitness book I have read, there is no "you must do this" or "don't do that". Instead it presented ideas and gave Scripture to explain where they were coming from. Though I may not have agreed with every statement I read, I do think the book is well worth the read and I plan to read it over and over to help me on my journey to learning more about physical health and how it relates to my Spiritual health.

I loved this 21 Day Journey! I used it as a devotional book. It not only focuses on the importance of food and fitness, but on your faith and spiritual journey. I found so many terrific quotes, Bible verses and encouraging words that God wants us to treat our bodies better.
This really hits home! "Remember that when you accepted Christ as your Savior, God accepted you for all eternity. Now it's your turn to accept yourself."

I read this book during my Cursillo (catholic retreat) in 2015 and I absolutely recommend this to any/every woman I know!! I could not put it down and this book is actually a little treasure I found at a used bookstore.
