This diet was well-balanced and helped me go down three clothing sizes in about six months. You have to stick to it and keep daily food logs but it isn't difficult, I was amazed at how easily I lost weight. I also tried not to drink calories, tending to rely on water, coffee, and tea for the most part. My weight has crept back up again (due to a sweet tooth), so I plan to go back on the diet. Highly recommend.
