Mountain biking requires skill, daring, speed, and stamina. For readers who imagine themselves zooming down the trails and hills, this book offers practical tips on technique, equipment, and training along with a look inside this exciting adventure sport.
The book that i read is called, Mountain Biking!: Get on the Trail by Chris Heyhust. I enjoyed this book because it talked all about the sport that i love. One of my favorite parts of this book is when he talks about all of the things that you will need like a wrench, Co2, hydration pack, allen keys, floor pump, I liked that part because i thought it was funny, because you really only need two of those things “Co2, Allen Keys”. Another thing that i really liked about this book is when it showed the comparison between old bikes and new bikes. Its crazy how the bikes have changed so much in 27 years. The old bikes had 3 chainrings up front and 7 in the rear with cantilever brakes and no dropper post. But the new bikes have wireless shifting and wireless dropper posts and 12 speed derailleurs.
