Club Sin: New Orleans Session 1 #1

Room Five: What You Can't See

Rate this book
VIOLA
Being a mafia princess isn’t all it’s cracked up to be and the only person who understands is my best friend, Fleur, who happens to be a motorcycle club princess. We forged our friendship in understanding, and we keep it going by finding adventure together. That’s what led us to Club Sin and every time we go back it feels like we’re searching for something.

I never thought I’d come face-to-face with the Falsini Triplets at Club Sin. I thought I could go unnoticed, but they know who I am and now they know my secret. There is a price to pay for their silence, but it’s worth it. Right up until I lose my heart to the three men my family will never accept.

MATEO
After taking over for our father, my brothers and I want more than the scraps the Falsini family have been allowed before. Our sister had her sights set on Dante Guidice, but she failed and made our family an embarrassment. We’ve been making plays, but we need a bigger plan. Dante might be the king of New Orleans when it comes to organized crime, but getting the Guidice princess on our side will bring us more power.

What happens when it’s more than just a plan and I give into wanting Viola forever?

MARCO
Following Viola to find a weakness we can use against the Guidice family isn’t a bad job considering she’s a gorgeous woman. I never expected to find out her secret is the time she spends at Club Sin. Now that I know, I want nothing more than to use it to our advantage. I’ll thoroughly enjoy putting our plan into motion and finding out what makes her fall apart behind closed doors.

The moment we get her between us, it becomes more than an advantage; it becomes a claiming.

MASSIMO
My brothers have never had much vision outside of the business and their quest for power, not like me. I’ve known Viola was the endgame and have been working toward making her our princess for longer than I’ll admit to my brothers. They had to think it was all their idea. The plan may put us and Viola in danger, but she’s worth it and always has been.

Once they get a taste, they’ll know what I do—we’ll always protect what is ours and Viola belongs to us.

*18+. If you like alpha heroes and an insta-love story that is sweet and spicy but isn’t necessarily simple, then this is for you. This story will have high heat with multiple love interests for the heroine. No cheating with a guaranteed HEA. This book has ties to my Denver Family book but does not contain any characters from those storylines. This book is part of the Guidice Crime Family books but can be read as a standalone. Meet Viola in Flowers and Moonlight (Mardi Gras Menage Series).*

Viola and the Falsini triplets have the most intensely erotic attraction: it’s beyond scorching. Mateo, Marco, and Massimo are on a mission to be more powerful than their father ever was. Club Sin is the backdrop for their first scintillating experience and it sets their relationship on GO!

Ember’s stories are the best, great settings, characters, and dialogue that can melt your heart and soul. Viola knows which brother is which every time even though they’re identical. The 3 Ms are blown away by her personality, drive, and pout. It’s such a heartwarming building of family and the epilogues are sweet, hot, and sinful.

This book is about the Falsini triplets and Viola. It was so good and I can’t wait for the rest of the rooms in this world! Viola is the sister of the Falsini triplets rival and they want to use her to further their position in the mafia world. They get more then they thought ever possible and I loved how this all unfolds!

Welcome to Room Five at Club Sin. The Falsini triplets and Viola have an incredible night together that’s supposed to be a one time thing, but the guys quickly become obsessed with her. This was a great story and sucked me in right from the beginning, I didn’t want it to end!

Room Five starts like your typical sex-club hookup novella but quickly flips the script into a full-blown mafia romance with actual stakes, morally gray chaos, and way more plot than expected. Viola, the mafia princess, sneaks off to Club Sin for one night of freedom—and walks straight into a trap set by three triplet heirs with a blackmail plan and zero emotional preparedness.

Mateo, Massimo, and Marco? Let’s just say not all triplets are created equal. Mateo’s mouth had me screaming into the void—he owes Viola reparations and a public apology—but Marco and Massimo? Total heart-eye chaos. The twist? They’re already catching feelings but still think blackmail is a valid strategy. Bless their delusional hearts.

Viola could’ve fought back a little harder. I wanted her to make them work for it instead of giving in so fast. And yes, a few moments dragged or repeated themselves, but that didn’t take away from the fact that this novella had world-building, character arcs, and actual plot movement. The mafia side storyline pulled through, the tension kept me hooked, and the ending delivered.

Was it filthy? Surprisingly restrained for something set in Club Sin. But it still scratched the itch, gave me angst, and left me adding Ember Davis to my TBR hit list.

Mateo (H) desires nothing more than to gain a bigger piece of the New Orleans organized crime scene for himself and his brothers, Marco (H) and Massimo (H). The triplet brothers have been keeping tabs on Viola (h), the sister of their mafia rivals, and when she ventures into Club Sin, they seize the opportunity. Things heat up quickly for Viola, Marco, Massimo, and Mateo, even as the latter struggles to retain control over his feelings for Viola. But Mateo’s quest for more threatened the brothers’ relationship with Viola, as well as her safety, when he gets involved with a darker part of the mafia crime scene and he finds himself partnering with men he never though he’d ne involved with. Ultra-hot and steamy mafia RH read with a bit of danger and violence.

Trigger warnings
Trafficking
Blackmail
Kidnapping
Violence on mfc

Marco (mmc, triple brother to Mateo)
Mateo (mmc, head of Falsini Crime Family)
Massimo (mmc, youngest triplet)
Bella (sister to triplets, wretched person)
Viola (mfc)
Fleur (Devil's Saints MC princess, bff to mfc)
Juan Martinez (trafficker)

Marco is assigned to watch Viola. She is the sister of Dante, head of the Guidice Crime Family. Marco is part of the Falsini Crime Family. There is a not-so-nice history between the two. (Flowers and Moonlight book) Mateo wants to use Viola to elevate his family's standing. He's the cold-hearted one of the brothers. Massimo is the soft-hearted one, but he's also the first to want to make her theirs. The blackmail they set her up for isn't exactly endearing them to her. When she finds out Mateo did business with Juan, all bets are off. Things are said that cannot be unsaid. Then she gets taken. Will it be her brother or her men that burn down the city for her?

I came I to this book not liking the triplets because of the book "Flowers and Moonlight," but Ember Davis is talented enough to make you change your mind. I was sad but not surprised that Juan lived. I'm sure Ember Davis has a plan for him.

This book is a part of the Club Sin: New Orleans Session 1 series and focuses on Massimo, Marco, Mateo, and Viola. Viola is the mafia princess of the Guidice family (her brother’s story is Flames and Flowers) which is the top mafia family in New Orleans. Massimo, Marco, and Mateo are the Falsini triplets and are determined to make their family an important player in the mafia world. Their sister had tried to get in with the Guidice family through Viola’s brother but failed miserably. The brothers now have their sights set on Viola in order to gain power through her and when the opportunity presents itself to have a night with her at Club Sin, they all jump on it. The things that the triplets felt for Viola after their night together surprised some of them and made for an interesting journey for all 4 of them. It didn’t take the men long to realize (even though Mateo fought his feelings) that Viola was the one for them and went after their woman. This was a great story and a great addition to the series and the Guidice Crime Family world.

I loved Room Five: What You Can't See Club Sin: New Orleans Session 1. This series is hot, hot, hot. I have never read a Club Sin book but after reading this one I had to go back and read all of them written by Ember Davis. This time we have Viola, a mafia princess being blackmailed by 3 mafia brothers; Mateo, Marco and Massimo. What was supposed to be blackmail ends up being real feelings or so Viola thought until Mateo breaks her heart. Then throw in some drama from another mafia boss and you have an amazing story. I just loved these characters and how they interweave with characters from other books. I would definitely recommend this book and I’m definitely looking forward to reading more in this series.

Sensory Deprivation

Viola Guidice is in over her head with the Falsini triplets, Mateo, Massimo, and Marco (mmm... triplets 😍). Or is it that they're in over their heads with her? Honestly, I think these men have no clue how much danger their hearts are in when they pursue her. It's sizzling, cute, and a whole lot of OTT insta-lust / love.

She’s not a pawn, she’s the fucking queen and I’ll protect her with my dying breath.
-- Massimo Falsini

It's mostly fun, although, Mateo digs himself a deep hole that he has to get out of. There's also a disturbing event that has someone being assaulted and talk of human trafficking. They are mafia so many of the typical undercurrents are found throughout.

I love when they are playful. I also really like that there's a mix of intimate interactions, be it one, two, or all three men at the same time. The variety is fantastic!

I read this as part of the New Orleans Collection.

The Falsini triplets took over the family business, after their father's passing. They were a lesser important mob family of the New Orleans area, and the oldest triplet, Mateo had plans to change that by moving in on the Guidice Family somehow through their sister, Viola. Mateo put the middle triplet, Marco to watching every move she made so they could learn more about her. Their break came when she slipped away from her guards to Club Sin. The brothers confronted her, but things did not turn out as everyone expected. They did discover however an undeniable chemistry between the four of them. Enjoy an engaging story as these two crime families come together in a time of crisis.

I enjoyed the overall story, but felt there were parts that were a bit predictable.
Viola was such a strong woman and her response to certain events just solidified her awesomeness. She is a mafia princess, and the only daughter of the Guidice family.
The Falsini triplets, Mateo, Marco and Massimo all have a desire for more power, and all want Viola for a variety of reasons.
Massimo is a calming presence, and I loved his devotion to Viola. Marco is the goofball of the triplets. Mateo is the oldest of the triplets, and struggles with connecting to others, so his growth during the book is great to see.
There was a bit of suspense, but the “twists” were pretty predictable in my opinion.

Marco, Massimo and Mateo were a total package deal. Identical triplets, Viola didn't have any trouble telling them apart, even from the beginning. Their story started a little slow but quickly ramped up. Marco is the jokester, Massimo the sweetheart and the cold, calculating leader was Mateo. Their plan was simple until they encountered Viola at Club Sin. They tempted her but it was a trap. But who was caught, their target or the hunters? A fun read, I wish it had started at a faster pace. But once it got rolling, it was a wild ride. Viola was so strong and feisty, exactly how I would hope to be if I was raised in that environment. The guys were not what I expected and I loved that! I hope there are more books like this from this author.

Love!

Room Five: What You Can't See (Club Sin: New Orleans Session 1) by Ember Davis @ember.a.davis is book 1 of the series. Viola is a mafia princess. Mateo, Massimo & Marco (triplets) are her families rivals. The triplets find her at Club Sin & blackmail her for a night to not tell her brothers. They have sex through the night. A few days later they call her to meet them, stating the have pictures they’re sure she doesn’t want to be shown to her brothers. She shows up, they tell her there are no pictures but want her to stay for dinner. They become closer & then Viola is kidnapped by a different rival. Her brothers & the triplets rescue her. They live happily ever after! 🥰💜

Great Story

This was a great story!

I loved how strong Viola is yet she isn’t a brick wall when it comes to her guys, no that title goes to Mateo.

While this is an enemies to lovers, you don’t necessarily have all the angst that usually comes with that. Of course you do still have the issues that arise, so don’t think this is a drama free love story… it’s definitely not.

Mateo is a cold jerk (but we love him anyways even when we want to junk punch him), Marco is our slightly unhinged goofball, and Massimo is our heart on the sleeve teddy bear. Love the triplets!

The spice is hot, but I do wish the slight breeding kink the guys had thoughts have was brought more into the spice. But that’s just a spice note and not a whole story note.

When Mateo, Marco and Massimo Falsini decide to use Viola to get to the Guidice crime family they never dreamed they would see her at Club Sin. Not only that but to have her meet them in Room 5 was beyond pleasure for them. Even though they left her they did not forget her and when they meet again they realize she is the one for them. This is an excellent read, fast and steamy, Viola is a strong character that I loved. And having the Falsini triplets be her ones and only, can't get better than that. Loved this Club Sin story.

Viola Gudice is sister to the head of the family, Dante (Flames and Flowers) so goes some places her brothers have no idea about. Club Sin is one of those places, she is there with her friend Fleur. When she is given an invitation to a room, she does not expect the Falsini Triplets to be in the room. They blackmail her for one night with them.

The Falsini Triplets have shared women in the past, Massimo knows that she is their heart, even if his brothers are not there yet. Mateo seems to be fighting it every step of the way, what will he do when she is captured?.

Always enjoy a visit to Club Sin and this book did not disappoint.

The Falsini Triplets are hot alpha mafia males who meet their match in Viola. What starts as a game using her as a pawn quickly scorches into something much deeper. Will Mateo allow himself to show his true feelings? Will his brothers Marco and Massimo get through to him about what Viola really means to them all despite being the Guidice Princess of a rival family?

Loved the way this one ended and can’t wait for more Club Sin Stories.

Viola is a mob princess that likes to sneak out to go to club sin, but her brothers would lose it if they knew! So when triplets Marco, Massimo and Mateo from a rival family find out they use it against her! She never expected to fall for them! The triplets want more power so they decide to blackmail beautiful Viola, only what happens when they fall in love with her! Can they find their happily ever after? Will she forgive them when she finds out what they really had planned? Great book that I would highly recommend!.

Oh, I'm so happy y'all are heading to New Orleans and a new Club Sin series. Viola Guidice is one of my favorite characters, and I live the Falsini triplets. Massimo, Matteo, and Marco have wanted to climb the crime family ladder, and when they see their princess, they see an in. I love how these guys all fall hard, even through bad deals and almost losing everything. Ember always gives us that amazing. I want more stories from these characters. Cannot wait for the other contributions to this amazing series

This was an amazing reverse harem romance. It was a well written story and it had a great pace. Set in the mafia world that Ember Davis has created it was a darkish style romance and I love it when she does that. Viola was a really strong heroine and she was the perfect partner for the Falsini triplets. Mateo, Marco and Massimo were just so dreamy in such different ways and I loved that. It was simply an amazing story and I can’t wait to read Fleur’s story.

Viola is a Mafia princess but doesn't quite fit the mold of how she should portray herself. Each of the guys had their own personality which you could see, but I think I wished there had just been a little bit more of their one on one interaction, but I get that there's only so much space. I loved how much was going that you didn't get bored, but neither did you get too distracted. The spicy scenes were on point.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Welcome back to Club Sin and a new city! The Falsini men have their eyes set on growth and power. All three have their eyes on Viola also. She's been under someone's thumb and watch for as long as she can remember, but never like this before. They all find more than they were expecting at the club that night. It leads them down roads they didn't see coming. Well, maybe one of them did. I enjoyed their story. It has high heat, doubts, defiance, conflict, family, friendship, secrets, danger, acceptance and love

More like 3.5

Book should have been called, 'Don't threaten me with a good time.'

Professional-level writing, gutsy female lead, compelling male leads and engaging relationship-building.

But none of the story involving blackmail made sense given the established rules of the club, the smut involving the kink was pretty tame (although the first time Viola and Marco have actual sex was hot af), and the way the plot was done was pretty trite.

Best line: "My pussy is sometimes an idiot."

Lukewarm recommendation.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Mateo, Marco and Massimo might have been watching Viola for an opportunity to rise in business but an unexpected night at Club Sin changes that. They fall for her just as she does for them even if some try to fight it. With all being involved in the mafia, there is always danger. It comes to the forefront when Viola is kidnapped but all her men and family come to rescue her. I like how strong Viola is.

I've been meaning to start reading the Club Sin "room" books by Ember Davis for some time and this new series was the perfect way to start.

The only bad thing about this book is that it's a shame not to be able to see the 3 sexy "bad" guys that are doing oh so many good things to you! They're big, they're bad (boys) and they are definitely in control. Just perfect.

Viola is a mafia princess and part of the mafia family that rules New Orleans. Triplets, part of another mafia family. The eldest wants more of the area her family have. And he will use her to do it. One night for one secret. And what a night it is. Then they leave. She is just a job. Really? Business. A peddler of women. Sale of guns. Sneaking out. Getting closer. Taken. Two families unite. Will they get there in time? This story was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Wow!! This book was so HOT HOT HOT from the beginning. Having three hot guys who happen to be triplets watching your every move and deciding you are the one for them as well as a way to gain power at the same time. Oh my, this book was a page turner and that little green monster made an appearance and asked why can’t this happen to me??.

Room Five is Marco,Mateo,Massino and Viola's reverse harem, triplets HEA. Viola is a mafia princess. Her and her best friend go to Club Sin to be someone other than "princesses" who are guarded and watched at every step. To be free. What she finds is the Falsini brothers. When the brothers start following Viola it's initially all about what they can gain. Now it's all about claiming....
So hot!! Loved it. Definitely recommend 🔥

Dirty and delicious!

I love visiting the Guidice family again, Viola is a naughty minx sneaking away from her protection detail but protection details do put a crimp in your kink!
The Falsini triplets have more than met their match with Viola, she is smart, sassy, kinky and not afraid to stand up to the Mafia princes.
A perfect addition to the multiple Club Sin series and a fantastic book to tease you into the New Orleans Session 1 series, I read this on Kindle Unlimited.

This is a mafia reverse harem based in Club Sins newest club in New Orleans. This is about the Falsini triplets Mateo, Marco and Massimo who take over the family business and want to become more powerful in the mafia world and Viola a mafia princess from the Guidice family. This is another hot steamy read from Club Sin, it has some action, danger and great characters.
