Mathematician Kenneth Granley uploaded his mind into a computer years ago. Because his memory is in a computer, it should be perfect. But he's just discovered that someone's been tampering with his memories.
Maybe this is why I've never been much of a short story fan, but the revelation here was really just underwhelming, and the progression of events to straightforward to really satisfy me.
Still, I've got several more shorts by the author on kindle, hopefully I'll enjoy some of those. His Leviathan story was quite good.
