Decent reference guide for learning the basics of Win 2008 and I definitely learned some tricks I didn't know before (like using the iSCSI GUI interface on a Core installation) but it will not prepare you for the 70-676 exam. One star as this manual does not fulfill it's stated purpose of training to sit the 646 exam.
