One of the best books I've recently read! The book was written by Makoto Hasebe, captain of Japan football team, and it describes how we are able to adjust our mind. Although book was written by a football player who have no experience of writing book, it gives us casual feeling since it does not contain many difficult vocubularies or expressions as we find it usual in the book which were written by proper author. The content which the author insists seem to be very simple, and I first of all thought that even I am manage to practive it. However, once you actually started to practice the way he suggests in the book,I guarantee that you are able to feel something diffierent from usual, and your mind was strengthened. In this sense, I would strongly recommend this book to the readers who are having a lot of pressures or stresses from working or studying.

Kokoro wo Totonoeru by Makoto Hasebe, MF in VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH, and the captain of Japan's national football team.

This book was written by an active professional foot ball player after the massive earthquake in Japan. The proceeds from this book will be used for the victims of the disaster.

I was surprised to know how stoic and self-disciplined and well-read he is.
He reminded me of the harsh world of professionals.

Makoto Hasebe was the captain for Japan's football team for several years, and I got this book when several magazines and tv programs interviewed him and praised him for his calm leadership and camaraderie. The book is about his life principles and habits that contributed to his success and being outstanding.
