excellent, interesting hearing about therapist relations, the complex topic on the strange and out of reach angle schizophrenic and psychotic patients view the world and the many ways the problem can be difficult but also therapeutic for the analyst dealing with this. It is interesting how many patients are able to come back to a much better state if they can be dealt with constructively and with time and patience for cultivating this relationship by understanding and dismantling the irrationality of the hebephrenic slowly and sometimes with much time and effort understanding the limits and flaws in every counter transference. references many papers from 60's and 70's throughout the book, including other analysts views on dealing with certain well meaning psychoanalytical topics, and the author's reply and summary to some of them. well worth it even though some information and author input may need an update this is great book
