Why, oh why can't Finnish publishers translate and publish these in right order??? Skeleton Coast is number 6 in Finnish. Blaah. Liked the story and the African myths & history of apartheid.

I think this rating contains a “meh” also because this is the last book that IDW printed. I will now have zero insight into the further adventures of Harlan Draka. Well, unless I learn Italian and read the entire series in its pure form.

Vampires thrive in the chaotic aftermath of war in the deserts of Namibia. Good read. Good writing. Good characters. Good illustrations. They got the settings right (I lived in Namibia for two years, living and working in Himba villages, working as a sea kayak guide just south of the Skeleton Coast, and visiting Ludervitz and the Keetmanshoop ghost town, nearby.) Interesting story set in an interesting place. Can't wait to reach Dampyr #9

Šesti i sedmi nastavak su najbolji. Sve bolje i bolje. Omulu je prejak vampir i ne vjerujem da bi ga Dampyr mogao dobiti jedan na jedan. Sad je Vatek ostao. I još jednom moram pohvaliti ugođaj jer je radnja smještena u Europu, u ova dva stripa Češka, Prag. Crtež je isto sve bolji i bolji.
