This book addresses everything new prosecutors need to hear, and it's probably worthwhile for seasoned prosecutors to hear again.

The book gives practical advice for handling trials, but the real gems are how to cope with the day-to-day of high caseloads, stressful subject matter, and working in an adversarial system. The stuff no one talks about (or not enough), but really everyone should be discussing it.

I wouldn't hand this out to someone their first day on the job, but it would be excellent for someone 6 months in who can put the tips in context.
