Nathaniel Remington is rich, smart, gorgeous, and very lonely—always doing the right thing expected of him, never listening to his heart. For years he's held on to a hidden desire—a woman he could never have, but always wanted.
Danielle Hughes has shouldered her family burdens for a long time. When fate hits with another blow, Danielle is at a loss. Nathaniel steps in, offering her a proposition she considers. Can she accept spending two weeks in his arms, or will she lose everything in his seductive proposal?
Jaden Sinclair is the mother of two boys, married for thirteen years and has lived in Kansas most of her life. Her family supports her writing dream and are amazed at how vivid her imagination is at times.
She dreams up most of her ideas and writes every one of them down, making sure that one day her characters will get their own book. With so many new books coming to her almost daily it's a wonder at times she ever gets anything done. One of the interesting things that Jaden does with her writing is that she can always work on more than one book at a time.
In her spare time, when she can escape from the computer, Jaden knits and reads. But it's her love for writing as well as taking care of her family that keeps her the most busy.
Was looking for something fast, smutty, and fun to read late one night when my brain was too tired to process the details in the other book I'm reading. I picked this from my erotica folder (can't remember where I got it?) & yeah... This HAD to have been fic at some point. Then again, I've read a LOT of really well-written fic & they blow this out of the water.
What I read (& ultimately skimmed) was poorly, loaded with stilted phrasing, and featured some of the most cliched lemons I've ever read. It was like going on a fic dive & coming up w/your typical "heated core, slick slit, virgin-who-orgasms-5-times-the-first-time" story. I'd say it was one step above BadFic! Don't waste your time!
well it was a nice little side read...but almost 80% of the book was sexx...that's it...there was a measly plot thrown in between as well...but nothing amazing...
