Must be charming and friendly. No criminal masterminds. Prior experience as a fake boyfriend a plus.
Convince my large family you are my boyfriend, so I don’t ruin their celebration. May involve shirtless jogs, splash fights and lots of practice kissing.

Final Secrets, seduction and excitement.
Billionaire in Disguise previously appeared in the Holiday Fake-out Anthology. It has been revised with new scenes.
This book was very good. It really was an excellent read. I loved the characters and the story. It was just a lot of fun. It was very well-written. The characterization and dialogue are wonderful. I would highly recommend this book to everyone who loves contemporary romance. I am enjoying the rest of the series, as well.
This book was very good. The characters were great, and I really enjoyed the humor. It made me laugh. It is a great start to a new series. Highly recommend.
I don't know what should I write here. It's a first book. And you know the book is exactly like that. When u want to be a writer and u sit down and want to rewrite a story a little bit different. But u are a newbie and u not there yet to write a good book. So the story would be good. It's a 130 something pages and it shows... The whole timeline is 2 week max. I know it's fiction, but oh god no. If u are a little bit sane person u dont ask anyone to marry u in 2 week's of knowing them. I dont care any for any character, i don't know anything about them. And the characters knowledge of each other is the same. I think u should rewrite this book. U should min double the length and the time line too. The dialogues were awkward too.
I don't know, it's a first book, so i don't know why i expect something more... Well i know... S. J. Barnett is perfect example. She released a 700+ page book with a beautiful story and good writing. I know that is fantasy and this is a romance but come on. It's not an unreachable task.
This is a fun, funny story about a billionaire who goes undercover at his company to sniff out corruption. While posing as a temp, he meets another employee who needs a fake boyfriend for her parents’ anniversary party. Instantly attracted to her, he agrees to pose as her boyfriend. Hijinks ensue with her loud, nosy, hilarious family. A quick, entertaining read.
This is a short story with good characters and a bit of a plot. The author weaves the humor with With serious conversations which makes it easy to avoid the truth With with a characters.
The book was okay. It is a short and beautiful love story with an emphasis on short. I feel that everything happened too quickly; I didn’t have time to get to know the characters outside of their relationship and truly fall in love with them. Additionally, the conflict was resolved too hastily. It seemed extremely superficial how, within the same chapter, they went from being completely in love to feeling betrayed and back to being completely in love again. The most disappointing aspect was how little attention was given to what was happening at the firm. Although this was the reason Dominick was there, after chapter one it felt like an afterthought that was never revisited. I would have liked this issue to have more dedicated chapters, not just the first one and a few lines in the last.
I also would have liked the entire book to be structured around more than just their vacation at the parents’ house. It was quite one-note, focusing solely on their fake relationship that wasn’t so fake anymore. Another aspect that was missing was Dominick's parents. We know they were on vacation, but we didn’t get to meet anyone from his family or learn much about his past.
Ironically, although the whole book was obsessively focused on the two of them and their relationship, the epilogue was completely the opposite. I would have liked to know how their relationship evolved and how many "matzo balls" they had if they had any.
This is a good book to read when you are on vacation or want to recover after reading a traumatic book. It is light, and the relationship is very beautiful, but it lacks depth and spice.

If you're looking for a sweet, insta love novella with the above tropes, this may be for you!
I had a tough time with this one because I really wanted to like it; I know it's a novella but it... really speed ran everything. And while the insta!love is strong it also somehow missed the mark a little bit for me. Maybe because it's not my preferred trope.
I think the frustrating thing is that I liked the characters and really wanted more of them-more background, more substance, more of them making a connection that wasn't just ticking things off a comparability check list. Add to that, the plot premise was something I was really into and it just felt a little disappointing overall.
This is the second novella I have read in this series and it does not disappoint. Dominick, the CEO of Knight Technology suspects there are issues within his company and goes undercover as a temporary staff member to find out what the problems are. In the process, he meets Adrianna who is a long term employee of his company. This story is based around Christmas and she has been feeling the pressure to bring a boyfriend home for the holidays and asks "Nick" to go with her after a few dates. Her Jewish family is loving and warm and Nick falls in love with both her and her family. I thought the storyline was great, the characters were relatable and very likeable but there was a discrepancy (like they drove to her family in Nick's car, but when he left he had to catch a ride with Adrianna's family member). I would have enjoyed an epilogue as I really wanted to read more about this couple. This is an endearing story and I would definitely read it again. Looking forward to reading the other titles in this series.
This book was part of the Holiday Fake Out Anthology by Heather Graham.
Cute story that follows Dominick Knight, (aka Nick Walters) a billionaire that goes undercover to see what it’s actually like working for him. And Adriana a computer tech genius who happened to tell her family that she has a boyfriend when really she doesn’t.
I loved the story! Definitely what I needed after my reading slump. Super fast and easy to read.
⚠️Warning Slight Spoiler Ahead⚠️
I wish that I could give this book more stars, because I would! I feel like this book is missing something. And after reading the ending I’m wishing for more. Like their relationship goes from 0 to a 100 in less than a week, end with them getting engaged, and then that’s it. Like I don’t fully feel satisfied and I hate that feeling!
It's a quick read with a good premise and decent plotline, but it needed more development. I felt like I was reading a rough draft. The word choice was repetitive, especially when MK chose to repeat the same phrase 20-30 times (literally). Four repetitions would have delivered the same mindset without irritating the reader. Nick was supposed to be a down-to-earth, family-loving guy, and it conflicted with his character when he thought of himself as the "Billionaire CEO of Knight Enterprises." Rough, abrupt transitions between different characters' thoughts required me to back up and reorient my mindset. It is odd that something as subtle as rumors would trigger the extreme response of disguising himself in his own company. The substance of the rumors was never revealed, bar the mention that they were in jail at the end. There were no references to possible criminal actions in the set-up.
This was a shot instant lust/love story. The entire relationship takes place over about two weeks. The main male character goes undercover in his own company to find out what going on. However, what ends up being the cause could’ve been discovered with a complete forensic audit of the finances and computer systems in the company.
The main female character I didn’t much care for when she came up with the entire fake boyfriend thing. It made no sense for the main male character to run off to be with her family if he was investigating his company.
The author used bullet points, wrote one word for an entire paragraph a few times, and had other minor issues. There was kissing and the one bedroom scene was short and not very descriptive.
The epilogue thats supposed to be about the couple was used more to set up the next story. It didn’t add anything to the story nor did it make me want to go and get the next book.
Dominick knows something is wrong with his billion dollar company but from where he is he can't see it. Instead, he blends into the weeds so to speak by changing his appearance and going in as a temp. Adrianna has to get a fake boyfriend fast. Best option, the new temp. They go out and enjoy themselves and she asks and he says yes. So for a whole week he asks her out to get to know her before the big event. By the time, they are at her parents they have already had an earth shattering kiss. Through their week together, they fall in love and just before her brother came, the two had made love in a cottage.
Will Adrianna ever know who he is? READ the book! 10/10
Billionaire, Dominick Knight, knew there was something very wrong in his large company but did not know what or where, so he decided to go undercover as a temp. He grew a beard and changed his appearance.
The company was closing for a week, so Adrianna was travelling to visit her parents for their anniversary week. She had told them that she had a boyfriend and they requested she bring him. However, the boyfriend was an imaginary one, so she desperately needed a fake boyfriend to take with her to visit her family. Who better to ask than Nick, the new temp. It would be too difficult if it was one of the regular people she worked with.
Everything that could go wrong does.
It is a delightful, funny, happy, romantic story and I loved it.
Last year I read two of the billionaire romances by Melanie Knight and enjoyed them. I also read a few of her regency historical romances released under Melanie Rose Clarke. They all offer a good time full of romance, funny banter and interesting characters.
Billionaire in Disguise was a nice, fun story - nothing too serious, just a fake boyfriend who happens to be hiding his true identity from his company and the woman who needs him to fool her family for a few days. What could go wrong? It's a simple enough plan but it gets complicated fast when real feelings arise.
What a truly CUTE READ ... first from this author .. the crazy ideas of conversation the author wittingly creates between the characters.. the fun adventures the shy yet desperate Adrianne needs a fake boyfriend ... Dominick is the Billionaire who needs to be like the undercover boss situation to find "WHY" there is so much turnover in hiring folks... and His deception finds himself falling head over heals for the fake girlfriend.... Really a Cute read ....and off for the rest of the series
I loved this book. The story held so much and also had an amount of mystery. Dominic Knight is the owner of a highly successful business he decided to go undercover to figure out what was going on around him. Arianna works for Dominics company but can not wait to leave the boss is horrible and conditions at work stressful. She meets Nick, and the two become friends, but he has a secret, but while playing her fake boyfriend, he finds a love he never knew . Will he be able to win her back after she finds out his secret. Highly recommend
I need to pay more attention to the books I download. This is book ONE, so it was a short introduction to the series. I love the humor that the author injects into the books and I did enjoy this one, but I never really enjoy short stories. I want much more than 45 min can give me.
However, short as it was, I enjoyed it. It's worth the time, but be sure to read it first and read Undercover billionaire second.
Adrianna works for a prestigious computer company but these days she is not so happy and really disappointed in the new management. Dominick has heard terrible and worrying rumours about his various companies and sets out to find who and where these serious problems lie. He needs proof and intends to fix these worries. His reputation and that of his companies is very important to him.
This was a Stuff Your Kindle gamble. It was a fun, quick read. The beginning was wonderful - I enjoyed the setup, the characters and dialogue. Nick and Adrianna were great together. There was so much potential. Unfortunately, things started to speed up dramatically and I had to suspend reality substantially at the end. I felt like the ending was too rushed and the jumps in events were too much to do the story justice.
This was such an adorable novella! I loved the tropes, the flow of the story- it was without any exaggerated, over-the-top details and explanations. Everything about the writing style and plot felt natural and perfect. I loved the cute romance between Nick and Adrianna. And for a slow reader like me, it truly is such an achievement to be able to complete a book in under two hours. Also, not only is this a short novella, the captivating story made it unputdownable.
Billionaire in Disguise ( The Secret Billionaires Book 1)
The story was way to short. I was hooked from the first chapter. Loved everything about the story. The way it unfolded, the strong characters. A story that painted beautiful pictures, they were easy to imagine as if you were their. The chemistry was electronic. An attraction in love that makes you believe in happy ever ending Definitely Recommend to everyone Deep in our hearts its a Love everyone hopes to feel.
A really WONDERFUL story awaits those who read this book!
Adrianna and Nick set out to pretend to be in a relationship to attend her parents anniverery celebration. Before they leave, Nick (actually, Dominick, the billionaire owner of the company) discovers much is not well with his company, justifying his 'undercover' alias. As Adrianna and 'Nick' spend time with each other, their feelings begin to heat up. It IS a delightful story that ALL fans of Rom/Coms will enjoy!!!
I loved the witty banter between Adrianna and Nick. I liked that each of them was trying to make the world a better place in their own ways. I liked the writer’s writing style. I was disappointed the story contained a sex scene, which was unneeded, seemed out of character for Adrianna, and would have added more tension and interest to the story if they had been interrupted before things progressed to that point.
QUICK - WITTY - SWEET 4.5 STAR UNDERCOVER BILLIONAIRE/FAKE BOYFRIEND
I needed a break from some heavier reads and this was a perfect pick-me-up! When you take common troupe, there needs to be something to set it apart from the others…for me, it was the witty internal dialogue (which I love) and Adrianna’s family. Plus, it was clean, but sexy still.
Adrianna needs a boyfriend fast! Nic needs to find out why his employees are so unhappy. I just adored their chemistry, that literally shot off the page. There are laugh out loud moments and some very tender ones. Even though you know what is going to happen, it still hurts when it happens. I LOVED this story!
This was going to be 5 stars till the last 2-3 chapters. I was loving it. The way they just clicked, the quips, the inside jokes. It melted me. But then the engagement after 2 weeks of knowing each other and the epilogue not even including Adrianna. They were even talking a bit weird. So was the narration. But I loved it all. Just wished the end was them working on an amazing relationship and not them getting married. Like they only knew each other for 2 WEEKS!!!

This was a very entertaining book. The series are well written short stories that you could read while having lunch by yourself or as was my case, waiting for a doctor’s appointment. This particular book was funny and interesting. I’ll definitely be checking the next book for this series.
