“Until you are faced with what goes on, on a day-to-day basis, YOU HAVE NO IDEA!”
A perfectly imperfect book from an amateur author who just poured his heart into words.
This book follows a man in his mid-twenties, Tim, who felt lost in life, just lost his job, split from his relationship, and just all around down in the fucking dumps. He ends up getting a job as a 1:1 aid with a middle school boy, Mike, who has CP and is wheelchair bound.
This book explains their dynamic with each other, memories they had made, trials and tribulations, and an all around premise of how both of their lives changed with each other as they go through their few years together.
This book has you feeling every emotion but mainly
you can feel the love this duo had for each other radiating off the pages.
I read this in high school and remember loving it. Now, here I am and still loving it after a revisit.
