The certification of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the collection centers is an official regulation that governs all food companies, to ensure the quality in this case of milk in our Ecuadorian territory. Therefore, the objective of this study is to determine the factors that influence the progress towards GMP certification of milk collection centers in the Huaca Canton, province of Carchi.
