The information was good. Sometimes the writing was confusing. It's good beginning book for learning basic social work skills, but can be tedious at times.
The information presented in this book is extremely helpful in getting a solid foundation for working with clients. The appendix is chock full of resources that could be helpful to a generalist worker. The text can be a little dense and hard to read at times, (especially chapter 3).
