Written by the founder of New Hope Community Church in Portland, OR. This inspirational book was first published in 1981. As the title implies, the author gives advice on how to achieve various goals: career and financial achievements, maintaining better health, controlling anger, sex drive and mood swings as well as learning how to form good habits and keep positive thoughts.

Filled for the most part with common sense stuff you can find in lots of other books the author’s Protestant Christian philosophy underpins most of his examples and advice. Lots of Bible quotes which might be helpful to some readers are included
