I loved this book and listened via audible. I plan to incorporate much of the suggestions to overthinking in my everyday life! Most of us are on the corporate gerbil wheel and stressed to the max with commutes on top of it all! It may be time to get off of that wheel. I quit a toxic and fast paced job three years ago and it was the best thing I have ever done for myself! If you can financially do this, do it! If not, find ways to incorporate some alone time during your hectic days!
