This book is essentially a pretty-picture wish book. Also, it's a bit difficult to understand what the author is saying at times. Too couched in design-lingo.
Edit: NOT worth buying, or even reading cover to cover. Flipping through this book at the library or bookstore will give you the info you need and satisfy your curiosity, I'm sure.
Um, not the worst compendium of "eco-design" but certainly lacking in interestingness and explanation. Also, like many books of its kind, it is already out of date, and totally passé in its scope. Oh well.
holy moly a lot of stuff, great resource for buying anything eco down to toothbrushes. categorized well with info on the designers and manufacturers, and why the item is considered "eco"
