If you've ever tried to manage a global team and accidentally scheduled a meeting across 5 time zones and a national holiday in Singapore—this book is for you. It’s like a survival manual for not embarrassing yourself in cross-cultural business settings... or at least minimizing the damage.

It covers leadership, communication, and organizational behavior with a global twist—basically, how not to act like the loudest person in the Zoom room. It's thorough, smart, and refreshingly aware that the world doesn’t revolve around Western business norms (finally!).

Only reason it’s not five stars? It occasionally feels like your very experienced but slightly long-winded professor is lecturing via PowerPoint. Still, it’s a solid, practical guide for anyone trying to lead across borders without losing their mind or their Wi-Fi connection.
