He is My Master follows the day-to-day life of Yoshitaka, a sex-obsessed 14-year-old with a major superiority complex and a uniform fetish to boot. After his parents die in an accident, Yoshitaka inherits the family fortune—and the family estate. Deciding that the musty old place needs some livening up, he fires the staff, intending to replace them with attractive, live-in maids. His dreams more than come true when three sexy girls—along with their pet alligator, Pochi—lay claim to the jobs.
He is My Master is a popular ongoing manga in Japan from Square Enix, the publisher of Full Metal Alchemist. It is also a popular anime that aired on Japanese TV in 2005.
Yes, there's a great deal of fan service in this title. But it's not as though it's pretending to be something that it isn't. It's quite honest and upfront about its intentions, to the point where it almost becomes a parody of fan service titles.
Nakabayashi Yoshitaka inherited his family's vast fortune at the tender age of 14 after the death of his parents. He posts a notice by the front gate advertising the need for a live-in maid. Two sisters, Izumi and Mitsuki show up, along with their pet alligator, Pochi. Since they are young and hot, he hires them both, and indulges his uniform fetish by supplying them with some of the skimpiest maid outfits imaginable in a 16+ rated title. Needless to say, peeping happens, Yoshitaka gets regularly clobbered by both female and alligator alike, the word "pervert" gets used a great deal, while the term "plausible" doesn't exist. It's decent naughty fluff.
While the writing is fairly spirited, the artwork is less so. Asu Tsubaki draws a serviceable sexy girl, her action scenes can be confusing, with speed lines and screentones taking the place of drawing ability.
In all, it's not bad for what it is. There's a sense of gleeful fun that makes me inclined to be forgiving of its missteps. I don't think I'd go so far as to recommend it to just anyone, but if you're in the mood for something fun and slightly pervy, you might be interested in checking this out.
It is what it is. Cute art and very detailed outfits. Another pervy manga that has some laughs but as I aged it got more corny and ill fit for today's society.
It's a pretty generic ecchi manga, but I just... can't read these anymore at my age. There are too many jokes implying/making light of sexual harassment, paedophilia, parent-child incest, even bestiality; not to mention the generic sexism and homophobia often present in these types of manga. I'm too old to be reading about 14-year-old girls wearing skimpy maid costumes against their will(!). All I want to see is freely and enthousiastically given consent.
I watched the anime and loved it it was one of the best i watched. I was dissapointed at how the anime ended, then i thought "Hey, i wonder if its a manga?" well turns out it was and its just maybe even more funny then the anime. Potchi looks like a reg. alligator but still is funny and LOVES Izumi! They added other things in the manga that was not in the anime which makes it extremly funny!
This story is about a 14-year-old pervert, who lives by himself in a mansion, because his parents were killed in an accident. He inherited their money, but needs someone to take care of him. So, he hires three maids, Izumi, Mitsuki, and Anna.
i don't usually care for het manga, this is strange enough i keep reading but doubt i'll go past volume 1. yup as i found the most interesting character to be the alligator there is no need to continue the rest of the series. very talented and flexible that pochi the alligator.
