PROGETTAZIONE DI TRAVI COMPOSTE IN RCC: STUDI SU TRAVI COMPOSTE IN MATTONI E RCC
L'obiettivo principale di questa tesi è studiare la sostituzione del calcestruzzo con i mattoni. Nelle travi in cemento armato la forza del calcestruzzo che giace sull'asse neutro [appena sopra e sotto] non è pienamente utilizzata. Così vicino all'asse neutro e nella zona di tensione il calcestruzzo è stato sostituito da mattoni per ridurre il peso e il costo delle travi. Un programma sperimentale è stato condotto su sei travi di cemento semplicemente supportate. Tutte e sei le travi sono state gettate in 2 gruppi diversi e ogni gruppo ha 3 travi. Il primo gruppo di travi è composto da travi in cemento armato e il secondo da travi composte. Entrambi i gruppi di travi si confrontano l'uno con l'altro. Leletture di deflessione sono prese con l'aiuto di comparatori. Icomparatori sono in posizione L/6, L/3, L/2, 2L/3 e 5L/6, dove L è la lunghezza della trave.Larelazione tra il carico e la deflessione a metà campata è stata disegnata.
