Only Sons

Rate this book
Only Sons is a collection of seven stories dealing with familial relationships in the Mexican American community, and in particular focusing on father/son relationships. More specifically, the stories deal with dysfunctional family units: families victimized by divorce, death and machismo -- the male's need to be tough, to never cry, to always be in charge, often to the detriment of his family.
