I liked this book a lot. It was very beneficial information and a good read. I think that this would be great to use if introducing or re-formatting a school's PLCs. My only issue is that some of the work is unrealistic. If I broke down each lesson to this level I would be writing lesson plans for HOURS! If you are really analyzing your work in the classroom this is a great resource. It really hits on all areas of learning.
