Operating in the Miraculous

Rate this book
Deep in the heart of every person lies a desire to discover their own unique purpose in life, yet many live out their years not knowing how to attain or accomplish that purpose. God's intent isthat you live a life full of victory and blessing, but His plan extends far behond that. Christ told His disciples to go into all the world and preach the Gospel, to cast out demons, and to lay hands on the sick and see the recover. This same commission applies to us today, and like the disciples of old we have been given every tool we need to answer this call.

Steve Hill was Senior Pastor of Heartland Fellowship Church in Dallas, Texas when he wrote this book in 2005. (He died in 2014 at the age of 60 from skin cancer.). As a minister and evangelist, he presided over two of the most powerful revivals of the 20th century, the Argentine revival and the Brownsville Revival of Pensacola, Florida. He was miraculously healed instantly of drug and alcohol addiction at the age of 21. He credits this to the intercession of his praying Mother over his life. His testimony is detailed in this book.

Steve Hill, in his introduction of the book, says that this book is designed to launch you on a spiritual journey that culminates in your flowing in the power of God every day of your life, with signs and wonders manifested through your personal ministry.

What is a miracle? Steve asserts that a miracle is a supernatural event and intervention in the natural universe by God. The book is filled with scriptural accounts of miracles as well as several personal ones he has experienced in his life which were fascinating to read.

The book is well organized into 3 main sections. These sections cover: God's 6 missions for miracles; 6 keys to operating in miracles, and why some miracles are delayed or denied. Every believer should read this book. It will inspire you to believe for more and increase your faith. We too can walk in the miraculous!
