The book seems a little random in the layout if you read cover to cover. Many plants are covered over and over again, but under different topics. This makes you feel "didn't I just read this just a few pages ago?" On the flipside this might make it useful when you want to look up something per subject. The recipes and the few colored photos at the end is a plus.
