A well-paced episode in the long-running Trailsman series. Skye Fargo is in the Ozark Mountains and finds himself protecting Belinda Jackson, a small-town doctor who is at odds with a large group of people who would rather put their trust in a travelling snake-oil salesman than in a female doctor.
