I found this disappointing. The first fish I looked up in it - blue - which is back on the sustainable lists, was not in it. The whole set up of the book was off-putting to me.

Perfect book for the seafood lover. Clear explanations of the different type and how to use them. fantastic recipes.

A book about raw fish and sea food. If you don't have any other, it might come in handy if you would like to prepare some fresh fish.
