This practical and wise book guides you step by step to a successful end: the desirable, critical change in your life. Would you like to change something dramatically? Make the “perfect storm”?

Using the method proposed by Dr. Rohan Weerasinghe (Dr Ro), you will create essential turning points and then transform. The author, a well-known and respected coach, trainer and mentor, has made such transformations in many areas of his life: business, finance, relationships, health. Now all these areas are much, much better. He started to create his own turning points after a series of life challenges (like the death of his father when he was 13, causing his mother to have to work two jobs while raising three sons). He used the lessons learnt from these experiences, and then, together with his friend and business associate, built a multi-million investment portfolio - in a few years.

Dr Ro is an experienced engineer and at the same time, over the last 20 years, has helped people with personal development, dealing with health or financial problems, etc. This resulted in him creating the idea of “human re-engineering” - simple, effective tools that everybody can apply. He has created turning points for a lot of people from virtually all backgrounds and ages, across the world.

But there are not only tools in the book: it is also full of questions, stories and examples. Dr Ro believes that the way of delivering messages is key. Self-development is a mature field and there are no truly original messages in it anymore. However, there is a great diversity of approaches. Coaches, mentors, speakers - each finds a different, specific way to teach and inspire people.

Why did Dr Ro write “Turning Points”? He saw that many people need skills for transforming their lives. He also realized that training others makes him feel most alive. And, as he has learnt, this feeling is key for changing your life (for example, he took financial control of his life by doing the things he found most invigorating). So this self-help book came about and soon became a bestseller. For a passionate person like Dr Ro, who just loves to teach and inspire, the best thing for him is to transfer his knowledge and skills to others. Therefore, he willingly offers his book to users of OpenBooks - a place that allows anyone, regardless of his or her economic situation or financial preferences, to learn his method and use it.

Sometimes something happens, starting an important transformation. After years we see: it was a turning point. And the good news is that we do not have to wait for such points - we can “produce” them and direct the change.
