Another intriguing and captivating read from this wonderful fantasy series. Poor Kealin finds himself once again in a dilemma and has to journey to find the answer, a journey fraught with danger, drama and a surprising companion or two. Once again I found myself drawn into an intriguing and enthralling adventure as the author weaves their magic and holds us on the edge of our seat. It’s a great read and a great addition to this series.

I enjoy the Rogue Elf series. Kealin is one of my favorite characters. He continues to try and adjust to his new powers as a vampire, while helping Olia on her quest to help her people survive the impending doom. The story flows well, with humor sprinkled throughout. I look forward to more.
