Not sure why the 1 star only from other readers, but I think this book is great.
Maybe not the best for beginners, but still great to induce thinking, what is lost in occult community nowadays. Not a real handbook, but a great guide about the philosophy of magick.
It was long ago when I got this book. Feels like taking a walk with Merlin and merging with the ancient thoughts. Runes, herbs, legends, spells, potions... many topic, many viewpoint to learn.
Of course some of us will find it hard to understand. The metaphors and allegories need more thoughts and a smart mind.
Finally not a typical "new age unicorns and butterflies" book.
