First and foremost, I do not condone rape. This review is not a misogynistic action to rationalize an act that is almost always a brutal attack on someone sexually, using body parts as weapons against other human beings. (notice I kept it gender nondescript, because any gender can rape any gender)

This book does start with a rape, thank goodness it was well written and that I am one of the millions that does enjoy a good rape fantasy. This one was not particularly brutal physically, but mentally and emotionally it truly scarred the victim Mia, and surprisingly enough also the rapist Kyle.

It was interesting to see how an unplanned rape affects both parties, not just the one. Even though I love when Mia called Kyle out on it, throwing in his face how the hell could he have been hurt by his forcing himself on her. It was also good to see how exactly Mia handled the (quite humiliating) act of orgasming three times while being raped. That has got to mess with a young adult's psyche, and it really and truly did fuck with her mind.

The ending was very romanticized, but this is a fantasy, not reality, so I can live with that. Even enjoy it. I wanted these two to heal and have their white picket fence with 2 kids, 2 dogs and yes a cat.

If you read this wanting realism, you will be greatly disappointed. Not many rapes end six years later with the rapist and victim making nice...but this isn't realism, it is a work of fiction that feeds a particular fetish in today's society. For that, yes, it is a decent read.

The book's title really does say it all.

It was a little disturbing though. I can't imagine mooning over any man, much less my rapist, for years!

Well written, but the content was a little...off.

I would be willing to try reading some of this author's other works though...I think this one just struck a cord in me because of my own history.

Like I said...I can't imagine mooning over my rapist.

It is a 23pages ebook.So it wasn't such a waste of time from this aspect.I had a really good time reading it because it was ridiculous and I was laughing non stop.Don't waste your money on this one.
