quiet a heavy read, book contain two travelogues and two pen sketches. it seems that mr. Masood is an expert in describing a personality but hen it comes to his travel diary he got it wrong by using abstract style of writing; the genre of travelogue calls for an an easy going and interesting narrative style but the writer has used scholastic language with disjointed narration that resulted in a boring experience

Ottoman Calligrapher
