A great culmination of recipes for juicing. I tried a few and experimented on others. Watch out for your experiments...they may not turn out quite as you would expect.

Most useful for getting a sense of proportions for various ingredients and basics. I groaned at all the absolutely terrible "punny" names for her concoctions throughout the book, though. Hic-kiwi Dic-kiwi Doc? Not on your life.

For someone totally new to juicing I found this book indispensable. My knowledge of telling the difference between a ripe pineapple and a dead one was be on me. Same goes for how to store vegetables or fruit correctly. Sorry for the last post didn't know I couldn't go back an redo a post.
