I remember reading this book as a teenager and it was a revelation. The short stories paint a different but familiar look at daily life in my little island. Cita con el PAN Telenoveleando show glimpses in the the puertorican psyche that is still revelant today as it was 20 years ago. I read this book over ten years ago and I still remember how it made me feel and think about the people that I know as my friends and family. I definitely recommend it because it makes me feel nostalgia for what is and once was the place I call home.
