An exciting adventure story akin to a thinking man's Indiana Jones, set in modern day Cairo sees Dr David Jefferson (a forthright and extremely gifted egyptologist) discovers some truely unique artifacts to kick start the adventure.

The details really do count when describing topics such as heiroglyphs, egyptian architecture and important elements of egyptian culture because they are widely unknown areas to most readers. The narrative conveys each with clarity, and makes the storyline ever the more believable.

Of course you could say I'm biased here (as you may have spotted I'm related to the author) and you probably will but my opinion still counts I hope. I have actually read the book and I've attempted to look at this review analytically. That's why I've only given 4 stars!
