This book was dreadful. I barely read it. I took one note. It was pretentious. Snobby. And too instructional, not enough inspiration. Interior design is an art, not a scientific formula (or so I thought).

This book wins on lots of good pictures, which any design book ought to have, but loses on details and specifics. She provides a long list of vocabulary of design, but doesn't really provide anything new or ground-breaking in terms of how to THINK ABOUT or DO interior design, in my opinion.
