"You must unite with your mirror... your twin soul... and fuse the two fallen kingdoms,"

This was another fast-paced fantasy story, and I was pleased that we got a happy ending.

Willow found herself in a lot of danger in this book, and Nalin had a bit of an anger management issue! It was really lucky that things turned out the way they did!

"Willow, creation of Nalin, I sentence you to be put to death,"

The storyline in this revolved around the elves who were trying to kill Willow, and Nalin’s battle to find her and save her. I was really pleased that things worked out the way they did and that we got a happy ending!

I must say that this story was more action packed than the first!

We left Chloe/Willow when she had just found out what she was. Nalin was resting and Willow decided to open a door and go find out some more answers. She was captured by Calin as soon as she stepped through the door.

In this book Willow has to confront her fears and figure out what her purpose is. Nalin finds out a lot about his past demons also and finds out that the very people he hates and fights against, may not be the ones at fault.

I loved the ending…very storybook, which made me smile. This was a very short read which gripped my interest and captivated my attention until the end!

I loved this story! The way Nalin's blood lust is revealed gives the reader a glimpse of who he was after Willow was taken. This story has so many layers that I never lost interest. Can't wait for the novel!!!

I think this second story was better than the first installment. It is a good story line, with a lot of action and an intriguing concept.

I really liked it, but I feel that it could have gone on a little longer. I was left feeling a little empty at the end, like it was suddenly all too easy. I mean, is the sister dead? Or brain dead? Was there any remorse on Willow's side or Nalin's after so many people had died? I think it would have been better had the book stopped after the wedding and peace negotiations were finalized.

I mostly enjoyed the story and characters though again I feel it was too short and rushed. I was also disappointed with all the anger and violence. Would have liked to see the relationship between Nilan and Willow develop more before they were separated. A number of small things would have made this so much better!

Things are constantly happening so there is never a period where you stop and wish things weren't so slow.

(Note: I'm reviewing Weeping Willow Part One and Part two in only one review).

Chloe doesn't look like normal girls and stranger dreams haunt her sleep. When strange events reveals who she really is, nothing will be the same again.

These two short stories are really great pieces of fantasy. There is a lot of action, drama, suspense and a bit of love. There are a few twists and surprises that makes you wonder things like: "she did what?" and "he really did that?". The adrenaline runs through some passages that are full of battles and fights.

The characters are very likeable, both Chloe-Willow and Nalin are solid characters. Despite don't having much space to develop their personalities you can understand their motivations and their choices.

The author uses words to create a vivid and colorful world where magical creatures are real. The descriptions are very detail and it's easy to imagine the scenarios and the people.

I totally understand why the author had to write novels after this introduction. The series has a lot of potential and her writing is very good.

This one had more actions in it. I liked that a lot.
We finally learn more about how everything came to be. It all made sense.
The twist was pretty awesome, knowing this book was short.

I enjoyed it very much.

Part two answered a lot of questions that part one opened. There is a lot of action and intrigue in these stories. I need to find the next one.
